First Time Clients

We truly appreciate the opportunity to be your skincare provider and consultant.  As a first time client, we like to do a comprehensive consultation to assess your skincare needs.  This assessment will help develop a skincare regimen to meet your specific needs. In advance of your first visit please complete and bring the following form with you to enhance our time together.  Click here for form: Client Consultation form.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Payments

Payment is due when service(s) are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, major credit cards, and debit cards.

Check-In & Treatment Time

We ask that you check-in 10 minutes prior to your appointment time as the treatments promptly begin at your scheduled time.  Please note that if you do arrive late, your treatment price will remain unchanged.

Electronic devices that Ring, Chirp, Beep, Buzz, Vibrate, Sing, or make other noises

We kindly request that you turn off the power and/or set electronics to silent mode before your services. Vibrating or ringing devices interfere with the service and lessen your experience. Thank you for your cooperation.

Children

Upon parent consent we provide many services for children, from age 11-17.  Many services require parent to accompany the child during a treatment.
